"Ximénez-Spínola" is an independent Company of family character which has no vocation but rather to concentrate upon quality and prestige. By means of a unanimous agreement of the Family Council, alltheir production is limited and numbered. This transforms each bottle into an unique piece, and at the same time guarantees the quality and age oftheir products. Over the years, "Ximénez-Spínola" has ceased to market wines produced from other grapes, choosing to specialize exclusively in limited editions of aged products of maximum quality produced from Pedro Ximenez grapes.
